Polyurethan foam Injector
The polyurethane foam injection machine is fitted with low-revolution and high-accuracy volumetric SS gear pumps. The high torque PMDC motors supported by suitable gear boxes offers very high accuracy in output and ratio control.
We can produce 10000 seats with 100% accuracy in a day.
Manual and digital precision
We are using CNC laser machines for cutting steel sheets as per the software. Designs are developed as per client requirements and cover under NDA policy. Physical Monitoring, Embossing, and shaping are monitored and inspected manually.

Steel is pressed with hydraulic and electric-powered machines. Parts are painted with a fully automatic powder coating facility. Parts are assembled and inspected with semi-automatic machines and monitored manually.
